Capabilities

Our machine shop offers a wide range of general machining, repair and custom fabrication capability that is particularly focused on heavy equipment, fleet truck and marine repair.   General Machine Shop

Machining capabilities include:  horizontal lathes (up to 29 in diameter; to 20 ft. length), and vertical boring mills (up to 48 in. by 12 in. bed capacity); Pattern making, iron work; Shearing, punching, forming up to 50 tons; Pressing to 75 tons. Capabilities include marine prop shafts, flywheel fabrication and repair, and line boring. Construction and design of all kinds of special purpose adapters.

 

  Fabrication and Repair

General metal fabrication. Repair of logging, trucking and heavy equipment, railroad facilities and bridge repair. Hydraulic cylinder repair. Heavy equipment structural repair. Heavy winch repair. Design, modification, and alteration of all types of industrial equipment.

 

  Welding

We offer a 60 ton crawler crane with  up to 100 ft. boom availability. This may be provided land or water borne using one of our barges. We offer crane services at the dock for marine maintenance and repair.

 

  Barge Services

We offer a wide range of welding services including TIG, MIG, and intershield welding.
